Skinny peanut butter Granola Bites
One of my Pinterest finds!!Skinny Peanut Butter Granola Bites
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 c honey
1/4 c peanut butter (I use reduced fat)
2 1/4 c of oats
1/4 c chocolate chips
2 tbsp sprinkles
In a saucepan heat the oil, peanut butter, and honey till melted. Pour over oats in a large bowl and let it cool for about 5 mins. Stir in the chips and sprinkles. Put at tbsp of oats in your hand and press until firm. Set balls on wax paper and let them set.
